THE CHURCH’S MISSION AND OUR VISION
Today’s gospel: Matthew 10:1-7
Our mission in CFC-FFL is the very mission of the Church,
as directed by Jesus. “Then he summoned his twelve disciples
and gave them authority over unclean spirits to drive them
out and to cure every disease and every illness.” (v.1).
We too are Jesus’ disciples who are sent out to evangelize
and to work with the poor.

spirits from our lives, our homes, our communities, our nations.
It is proclaiming to the ends of the earth: “The kingdom

oppresses them, including poverty, injustice, environmental
